forefront of mattress technology in Malaysia. The factory occupied an area of 12,188 m²,
is strategically located at Batu Caves industrial zone, which is only 10 minutes drive
distance from the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Among the products produced by Aerofoam are Latex Mattress, Spring mattress, Latex Pillow, Latex Bolster, Latex
Cushion and etc.People
The family of Aerofoam consist of 250 members. With a relatively young
team of professionals and well trained workers, the company is always ahead of competition
in product innovation and development. Aerofoam continues to provide its satisfied customers with
the best bedding products available in Malaysia and the world. Technology
Aerofoam invest in state of the art machinery and technology
to achieve the highest efficiency and productivity. The company's conveyor Latex foam
molding technology makes it the top producer of Latex mattress in Malaysia for the world. Besides, Aerofoam is also using
automated tape master machine in tape-edging, advance American quilting machine and Swiss
coiler-assembler machine in making Spring mattress. Market
Aerofoam has 7 marketing branches throughout Malaysia as its
wholly-owned marketing arms for the Headquarter to promote and sell its product in the
local market.Currently its local market share stands at 35%. The group total sales per
annum is RM25 million (US$ 6.6million). Export sales contributes 30% of the total turnover
for the company. Among the established markets are Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan,
Singapore, Brunei, Kuwait, Denmark and Australia. |
